Banks Co Middle FFA member Luke Wheatley recently won the State FFA Middle School Lawnmower Operations & Maintenance Career Development Event.

At our upcoming input meeting, we invite all parents and family members to join us and offer feedback on the School Comprehensive Needs Assessment, School/District Improvement Plans, Parent and Family Engagement Policy, School-Parent Compact, and Building School Staff Capacity.

Banks County Middle School Track and Field continues to dominate this season! A season record was set at the state meet recently held at Parkview High School. Several athletes participated in the event. Eighth-grader Marleigh Dale had a podium finish of 3rd place in the Shot Put (39'6"), breaking her school record!

Steven Brett and his colleagues Josh Hooker and Dustin Baker from RAD SOURCE Technologies have generously donated a new 3-D Printer with supplies as well as a new and improved Vandergraph Generator and equipment for experiments to the 8th grade Science teachers Ms. Lori Taylor and Mrs. Stephanie Kinsey.
