Austin was also recently named Banks County Middle School Teacher of the Year.
This recognition is part of the Student and Teacher of the Month program, a collaborative initiative between Banks County Schools and the Banks County Rotary Club that highlights outstanding students and teachers throughout the year. Banks County Rotary also partners with Banks County Schools on other initiatives, such as the Brother Jim Scholarship and Food2Kids initiatives.
